Cannot fault the service. Muur was very able and willing to accommodate a tricky schedule and fit around us on a difficult day and gave Harper five star treatment into the bargain (at least, that’s what he told us). Recommended!
We feel so lucky to have Muur! George, our labradoodle, absolutely loves his walks with her - when she comes through the door, he gets so excited and that tail wags like mad! Muur is reliable, patient, kind and just brilliant with dogs - she’s also great if you are in training mode as she has a very kind but consistent approach which works wonders. She also sends great photos post-walk. If you are looking for a fantastic dog walker (and all round human!), Muur is your woman!
Bo absolutely loves her walks with Muur, she eagerly awaits for her to arrive, and runs to the door when it's time. Muur doesn't just walk Bo, she engages with her, learning what she likes and her favourite places for a sniff. Muur does treat hunts and games, and tailors Bos walks to the weather and her mood! Bo comes back like a bouncy, happy puppy, and then has a long snooze on the sofa, dreaming about her adventures. I trust Muur completely and am more than happy for her to have access to our key safe to let herself in and out if needed. We first got Muur to walk Bo, due to me being unable to due to my health, but we have continued as Bo enjoys it so much. If I had to rate Muur out of 10, it would be 11!!!!
We are so grateful to have Muur walking our dog; not only for how trustworthy and reliable she is but because our dog loves her and has a really good bond with her. Muur always thinks on her feet for new sensory games and communication with our pup and gives thought as to our dogs needs each time she visits.
My dog has a great time. Muur is so understanding of his needs as an older dog. He gets an event filled walk with tailored games and treats. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Walkies!Norwich more highly! Muur is brilliant, patient and loves her job! My girls are rescues who Muur took the time to get to know and gently formed a very special bond with them. Muur is knowledgeable and takes canine care and behaviours into account when spending time with my girls and I am sure would for your dog too. My girls know when Muur is coming and couldn't be anymore excited to see Muur coming through the gate.
