This was the first time my husband and I hired a pet sitter for our cats and we are so happy we did! Tracy was phenomenal with them and sent us daily updates on how they were doing. Knowing our kitties were in such good hands made our trip all the more enjoyable! We would definitely recommend Maccy G Pets!
Tracy has been taking care of our 2 beloved cats for several years now and we highly recommend Maccy G, in fact, we rely on them. Tracy sends us daily videos when we are away. Both cats respond so well to her visits and we are completely confident that they are being well looked after. They are always healthy, happy and content on return, have stayed in their own surroundings and haven't had the stress of going away.
Tracy was so kind and caring to our darling Addie cat. She sat with her and talked to her loads and made sure that she had fresh food and water everyday. We also got sent videos from each visit which was such a lovely touch. Thank you and well definitely be using this service again x
We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.
Tracy looked after our cats this Christmas. We’ve never had a cat sitter before and we’ve got the most attention seeking and needy house cats known to man, so were nervous about leaving them without company for long. Tracy was brilliant, on time all the time (we had set up a cat cam to speak to them while away - yes, a bit mad but Tracy reassured me many do it!) and was clearly a genuine animal lover who enjoyed spending time with them. We also got a lot of videos and pictures every day. They warmed to her very quickly despite often being nervous around new people. We came home to two extremely happy cats as well as a couple of adorable kitty Christmas presents with a toy and treats. We’ll be using Maccy G pets every time we need a sitter now - thank you Tracy for all your hard work and taking good care of our furbabies.
I left my lovely cat Charlie in the care of Maccy G Pets while I went on holiday and Tracy was wonderful. She sent me photos and videos of him while I was away and clearly made a real fuss of him. I felt totally reassured. When I arrived back Charlie was absolutely fine (although very pleased to see me!) and everything was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tracy again. Thank you very much indeed.
Tracey did a wonderful job looking after our cat. It was the 1st time we'd left him with a sitter and Tracey instantly put us at ease, sent lots of updates and pics of her visits, and we came home to a happy cat! Will definitely go to Maccy G Pets if we ever need a cat sitter in the future
Tracy and her husband provided a first class service during the two weeks we'd been away. They took time to look after our cat and very kindly also made sure that the garden and house plants were being watered. We received daily updates, and could definitely see their care for our cat whilst we were away. Highly recommend service.
