Went with the dogs to get harnesses as it’s hopeless when we don’t try them on first . Staff were very friendly and helped us a lot despite us bumbling around chaotically, which was so unexpected as it was our first time there . Thank You
I was a valuable regular customer until recently an incident occurred which made me stop shopping there. I took dog there, recently adapted from Blue cross rescue centre. As we entered my dog urinated on a box of harnesses on the floor by the entrance. The shop assistants were upset at me, despite this being an accident, as well the fact that dogs are accepted in the shop. They made me pay for 5 harnesses at a cost £20 each. I felt pressured by the shop assistant to pay. After taking advice from someone who worked for trading standards, legally it should have been the responsibility of the shop owners to cover the cost. I feel badly treated and I no longer shop here. To this day they still leave the box of harnesses on the floor by the entrance, not taking any responsibility and leaving open the possibility that this happens to someone else.

A great shop for pets and gardeners. It’s way bigger than it looks and has a great selection for all pets. This is my go to place for everything for my dog, including toys, treats and food. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s great to still see independent businesses like this still on the high street.
Myhills in Diss are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for everything! Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a very knowledgeable team. I have asked them about many things and they are always willing to help and give good honest answers. Well done to all of the staff who are working there you are fabulous!!!!!!

Great little shop for all your pet products and wildlife items. Plus lots for your garden from compost to plants. If you can't find what you want there's always someone on hand to help. Good price's on many items.
