My dog is old and a little nervous, but he doesn’t mind Popular Pets, so they are definitely doing right by him. They are friendly and always fit Womble’s nail trimming in. Nice place.
Just taken my bichon frise for her first groom,and wow what a lovely job it turned out to be she was full of matts when she went in and after she was trimmed and finished all the maths had gone without going too close to the skin. I was so pleased with the result I have booked her in again in 10 weeks time Well done Popular pets 5 star plus.
Such a lovely couple of ladies here, always have time to listen to the requirements of how I’d like my dog’s hair cut, which is “I know he’s half poodle, but can you make him NOT look like a poodle!” Never get any judgements and no request is ever too much for these lovely ladies. I know my dog is a wriggly, anxious little thing and so appreciate the work that goes into getting him sorted. So lucky that I am able to get appointments here, show’s how amazing they are that they are always booked up :)
Such lovely staff and awesome at what they do. They understand what style of hair cut suits the breed of dog as well as knowing how the owner like it on their pet and they do a fantastic job. You can tell how good they are when it comes to rebooking your dog back in, as they are absolutely stacked out busy, which is a really good sign of a company that is good at what they do. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to everyone!

We take our Dog Lillie once a month to be groomed and we are so pleased with the service they provide we will recommend others to go there and we will go back again.
Have only ever popped in to get our dog's nails clipped but the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Will always go back here as can't fault them!
My westie has been cut here for the last 8 years, the staff are lovely, caring and attentive, I would definitely recommend.
My elderly cat, who really hates being boxed, needed her claws trimmed. As I live close by, Marie offered to pop over and do them at home to cause her the least distress. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend.
