“What a find! I booked to stay at The Dial House for my husbands birthday and a visit to the Blickling Christmas lights. What a fabulous time we had! The Italian Palace room was perfect. Clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We ate at the Laid Back pizza restaurant which was fantastic. The bakery for breakfast was a clever link to the hotel. In fact the whole set up of having everything in one building is original and works very well. We are now planning to return and to try one of the other beautiful rooms. Thank you, and it was amazing!”

“A lovely hotel for both business and recreation in my view. Well appointed rooms with lovely fluffy towels. Delicious food in the restaurant. A wonderful breakfast which set me up well for the day ahead and kept me full all day. Polite and helpful staff I would recommend this hotel.”

“A fantastic bargin shop for all health and beauty products. Save money on all products. I usually go for hair dye, shampoo, conditioner, wipes, health medicine and perfumes. Ground floor so wheelchair friendly.”

“Jooni is brilliant. After checking 'prescription stock checker' on-line I realised that the item I needed was not in stock. I tried several times to order it on the 'phone, but the pharmacy never pick up. I tried several days and at different times. I then tried 'Customer Support'. I was on the 'phone for 15 minutes, the the customer support chap (Jay) said that he would put me through to the branch. 12.50pm 5/12/25. He just put me through to the same line that I had been ringing. It cuts you off after 2 minutes. Hopeless. What a waste of time. I then rang customer support again. This time I got Omar. I was on the phone for 23 minutes this time. He took all my details and put me on hold while getting my card details. He cut me off! He had already taken my phone number so I thought that he would ring me back. He didn't. I then went into the branch and physically handed over the prescription. I live 40 minutes drive away. I saw a very helpful assistant Jooni. She was kind considerate and helpful. I was at my wits end having spent most of the morning online trying to organise something that should have been very simple.”

“This is my local Coop which I use regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can almost always find what you’re looking for, but it’s also great for browsing. I go there once or twice a week and it’s always a pleasant experience.”

“Always clean and well designed. Friendly staff when you can find one. I have given up on self scan and scan your self. I seem to get picked for check or red light of doom. Much prefer normal tills with humans. I can't be standing there waiting for somebody to fix the machines. Plus why are they so loud I'm not death.”
