   A lot of staff members at this pharmacy are extremely unsympathetic to any issues with medications and PRN needs. Multiple times I have witnessed rudeness to other customers, as well as towards myself despite always treating them with respect, which they do not give back. When you work with vulnerable people, you need a bedside manner. Despite the fact there are multiple posters about treating them with respect, the number of times that I haven't been spoken to kindly outweighs the times that I have been treated nicely by them. Jooniper is particularly unkind and is assuredly in need of help improving her attitude towards the vulnerable people that tend to need support from a pharmacy.

   Jooni is brilliant. After checking 'prescription stock checker' on-line I realised that the item I needed was not in stock. I tried several times to order it on the 'phone, but the pharmacy never pick up. I tried several days and at different times. I then tried 'Customer Support'. I was on the 'phone for 15 minutes, the the customer support chap (Jay) said that he would put me through to the branch. 12.50pm 5/12/25. He just put me through to the same line that I had been ringing. It cuts you off after 2 minutes. Hopeless. What a waste of time. I then rang customer support again. This time I got Omar. I was on the phone for 23 minutes this time. He took all my details and put me on hold while getting my card details. He cut me off! He had already taken my phone number so I thought that he would ring me back. He didn't. I then went into the branch and physically handed over the prescription. I live 40 minutes drive away. I saw a very helpful assistant Jooni. She was kind considerate and helpful. I was at my wits end having spent most of the morning online trying to organise something that should have been very simple.

   Went in to get some pictures printed, the machines said ‘closed for social distancing’ which is a bit late now don’t you think? Spoke to a lovely lady who was also buying pictures and said that a woman working there had to unlock the machines. She unlocked the machine for them but said I wasn’t able to get a machine unlocked because they were there first? And I wouldn’t be able to print them off today. Luckily the lovely lady printed my pictures off for me during her transaction (thank you so much). Bit disappointed as usually the staff are extremely helpful in there. This member of staff let them down.

   Everything is always out of stock!! No exaduration. The last 4 times I have been in there, what I've gone in for has been out of stock!! Waste of my time and petrol. TIP if something is on promotion - order more as it WILL sell faster!! Not dificult to work that out. Security guard was very kind and helpful, unlike the Boots staff!!

   Boots has a Great array of stuff! I will be completely honest and say apart from the Pharmacy, there is limited sections for a man. Makeup and beauty products take up the majority of all outlets in my hometown of Norwich, and I am sure the same applies to other stores too. I have visited the boots stores with my sister on Many occasions, as they do give you discounts on their next purchase. I, like any brother or boyfriend or husband is left in limbo to wait while the other," for a good half an hour" who rubs tester cream onto her hand to check its a match? What's all that about? I cannot fault the staff, as they are helpful and extremely polite. Maybe add a " other half " chair with entertainment while the better half takes forever to decide? All in all, can't fault Boots and their staff. St Steven's Norwich does what it says on the tin.
