   Ho I see she's at it again been rude to customer this woman is so rude she is the one that refuses customers medication form over the counter and i don't mean prescription medication I mean ordinary over the counter medication. She failed to give my husband eye drops for which she thought he didn't need at that moment in time .he explained that his eyes can flare up at any time and needed the medication in case it flared up .she refused to give him over counter medication.which he went straight to another chemist and bought the medication no problem..so if his eye were a problem she would want him to drive to get the medication .my husband had problems with his eye irritation for many years .and severely problems with his skin from birth and believe me my husband knows more about his own body .than she will ever know.weather she has had several years training or not.then this rude and small minded woman.proceded to transfer my husband to another chemist so she wouldn't have to put up with him questioning her authority.which believe me she has big time. she also removed myself from her chemist his wife and my severely mental disabled brother from the chemist for no reason what so ever .just because my husband asked for eye drops which may I say he was I intitaled to buy .all because she could but she will be pleased to know that my husband is dead now so that might put a smile on her face .who needs enemies when you have people like this woman looking after patients my god what is this world coming to .if you have to be so rude to customers it's time to give up your job is it not miss D

   Visited the pharmacy today and asked to use the pharmacy first system to have my throat looked at. The young lady was polite and said she would speak to the pharmacist who was stood in view of myself on the computer. She peered at me stating “ she will need an appointment, I can’t leave everything and everyone just to see her” I told the pharmacist an appointment wasn’t an issue as I could return at a more convenient time and I wasn’t expecting for her to drop everything as she stated. She then continued to say “ people cant expect me to leave what I’m doing for a walk in, wait there and I’ll give you an appointment”. In a brash and rude tone. I told the pharmacist that I thought the system was a walk in and wait but I understood if they were busy me she confirmed it is a walk in and wait system but she can’t be expected to drop everything and everyone for me. I would have been happy to wait and or return with an appointment but I was so embarrassed that I actually left and didn’t wait for an appointment.

   Some of the staff are very rude. Older woman at front counter acts like she doesn't want to help and is very snappy needs some training in Customer Service ....shame because the girl that left was fabulous with customers. Avoid !!

   I used Pledger Pharmacy for the first time yesterday, as my normal pharmacy , was unable to fulfil mine and my husbands repeat prescriptions. I was MEGA impressed by the absolutely brilliant customer service, and friendliness of pharmacist, and pharmacy assistants. They filled our prescriptions while I waited, and there were several items on both prescriptions, having a friendly chat meanwhile. I knew an item on my repeat would most probably not be readily available. I was correct but they sourced it for me to pick up today. I am so impressed, I switched and made Pledger Pharmacy our nominated pharmacy. Well done ladies and thank you Jane T
