The shop is perfect but unfortunately there are people that misuse the disabled bays. I had to wait for one and the lady and gentleman that were in it were not disabled. Also there were 2 other cars that did not display a disabled badge. When I left a young lady pulled up beside us. Again not disabled. This needs to be monitored so disabled people can actually use the spaces

I visited Home Bargains this evening, March 15th, in search of a specific lock I thought I had seen during a previous trip. Although I couldn't find the lock, I was intrigued by a tin of Princess boneless skinless mackerel priced at 69p. Since I had never encountered this brand for less than £1 before, I quickly decided to grab three tins. However, I was taken aback when the checkout total came to £1.19 per tin. I questioned the price discrepancy but expressed my willingness to pay the adjusted amount. I kindly asked cashier to check that my eyes weren't misleading me. A supervisor arrived a couple of minutes later and confirmed that the items were incorrectly placed. To my surprise, she promptly refunded me the difference, even though I was ready to pay the full price, recognizing it was clearly an honest mistake. This experience truly highlights excellent customer service!

Very reasonable, garden centre is great. Bought lots of slate pieces there for £3 when other places sell them for double that. Staff are friendly too. Only issue for me is the lack of pricing, mainly outdoors

The staff never look happy here, sour faces and grumpy attitudes must be part of the staff policy, the stock they sell is a mixture of good and bad, prices are good and the store itself is well set out, car parking is hit and miss, very narrow bays, a lot of dented car doors are evident, not a bad place to shop but not brilliant either.

First time in a branch and was really happy with the variety and availability of stock. Can't wait to go back again.

Always something new or different, always got the items and cleaning products I use on a regular basis. Staff have always been polite to me, and if I ask where an item is, the staff are always on hand to not only explain but take me to it. Love it...

Always take my shopping bag with me to use for couple of bits, instead of trolley or basket. Because its save me some time to move around quickly. And I never have any problem with any store. But today one of your staff told me, I'm not allowed to use by bag because of company policy, she said notice on the entrance. And I have to use basket or trolley. I checked notice but nothing. I have not see anything about bag, trolley or basket.

Good for homeware, children's toys, garden plants and cheap present ideas. Grumpy checkout girl with blonde hair - she definitely needs a new job. Other checkout lady was chatty and much more pleasant. Lots of garden items. Went at 1.40pm so not very busy. Easily found a parking space.
