    So lucky to have such a valued boots store in the local community! I collect many prescriptions for elderly friends, and i find the staff all very friendly and helpful. I find the text prescription service brilliant, saves me calling in if its not ready. A lovely little team, always smiley and chatty if they are not too busy. The pharmacist Richard at loddon knows his stuff, is efficient and great for advice. He really is an asset to the store. I love how the staff get to know the locals and their needs. I find they have a good range of items and if not instock will order it in. The only thing i will say is im not too keen on the new staff uniform. Doesn't look very clinical or professional? In my opinion i prefered the white tunics. I think they look more like supermarket workers or cleaners than pharmacy advisers\servers in the new outfits Overall tho, no complaints.

    always happy with products i buy from here and staff are nice, however today (28/03 at around 4 - 5 pm) me and a couple friends were looking for some things we needed, it had only been a few minutes and a member of staff spoke to us, appearing quite rude in a few words and tone, but other than today, very great place!

    0 from me if there’s an option. First time visited. Not impressed at all. Rubbish service. Ignorance staffs ever. I have disability client at home who on 45mg morphine a day plus control pain killer. She can’t stand on her feet without these meds. Medical practice has sent prescriptions there yesterday we have been told by boots will be ready by tomorrow which is today. I’ve been there this morning at 10 been told it will be ready by 2 pm. I went back at 3.20 pm been told it not ready have a seat. I’ve sat for 40 minutes watch these 3 staffs who on the shift walking around serve visitor. After 40 minutes I asked how longer do I have to wait to be ready. They said another 10 minutes but we not sure either as it has to be check by the pharmacist! Pharmacist was there for the whole time! Chocking!!! These people are so heartless they lier over and over and completely ignored my client at whole time. My client called them on my morning visited they also told her it will be ready by 1.30 pm! I was there 3.20pm! With empty hands. My client called them again on my evening visited and they lier to her said I was only there for 20 minutes. I have Children in the car they texted and complained to me how long I took! I have texted my client when I was there at 3.20 I left at 4.20! So it not 20 minutes. I have evidence of time being and left on my phone! Very disappointed with them all these people get paid to be singing a happy song in there. They don’t f..cking care of their job and duty. if you can’t do it don’t waste people time tell them the bloody truth so they can be out and do others things instead of writing around fot hours. I left with empty hand as I have an appointment in city at 5.

    Boots Loddon Pharmacy and Chemist is a much valued asset in the community. We are lucky to have such an excellent pharmacist in Riel and all the staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly. It was a great relief for me to call the pharmacy this morning (10/03/18) and get advice on medication for my husband. The shop, although not large, is well stocked and any product not in stock can be ordered. My husband and I would like to extend a big thank you to all the staff. As we have both been hospitalised recently due to Influenza B, it’s been lovely to get a bit of sympathy. 5 Stars! Niki and Graham Clarke
