Very back experience with this Boots Pharmacy. After ordering a prescription, I was initially told it had been confirmed and that I would receive a message within a few days when it was ready for collection. A few days later, the pharmacy called with follow-up questions but provided no update on when my prescription would be available. When I called back a week later, I was told they were still processing it and advised to come to the store in person in a few days. After waiting yet another week (three weeks totaI) I finally went to the store to inquire. The staff said there was a significant backlog (the first I had heard of this) and informed me I was "incredibly lucky" because they were giving me their last unit of the medication. I even overheard another pharmacist seemingly trying to discourage the staff member from dispensing it to me since it was the last one in stock. The most galling aspect of this experience was being made to feel grateful for finally receiving medication I had already paid for three weeks earlier. I expect far better service from a pharmacy, where timely medication access can be critical to people's health

As useful as a wet paper bag, very rude, I asked about a product price that was in my hand, they said no the price is for online only, we can order it in for the shown online price.. pointless data harvest. Won't be shopping here

I visited the store today ,after accidentally burning my foot with hot tea, and I want to thank the three staff members who helped meβespecially George. One of the team members, whose name I donβt remember, helped me apply cream, and Iβm very thankful for that. George asked how I was feeling, checked on my feet, and made sure I was okay. They even bought slippers for me so I could walk safely to the hospital. They were genuinely concerned about me, especially since I was alone, and their kindness and support meant a lot. Iβm very grateful for their help. Please thank them from my side.

Terrible. Worst pharmacy I have been to. Absolutely uninterested in helping you. Iβve been going there for over a year and one day they turned around and said that not only did they not have my prescription, but that they had no record of me ever having picked up a prescription before and that I must have gotten βconfusedβ. They also previously charged me twice for a prescription because they didnβt have the full amount in one brand. They gave me half tablets and half capsules and told me Iβd have to pay for two prescriptions.

Went to Boots chantry lane yesterday, and had a really cheerful, wanting to help and yet not pushy sale advisor on the skincare counters, Who advice me on what to buy (and bought it) for my skin type and gave me a sample to try for me to come back and discuss what it did for my skin, which I will, I asked for her name, Louise Prentice, so I feel that she needed a review as she is such an asset to Boots

This is a big store with a lot of products, located within chantry place, lower ground floor. They also have a pharmacy at the back of the shop. I was looking for a specific product that wasn't in stock at the time. The sales assistant was reluctant to help me at first, that I didn't appreciate.

Boots is like our daily routine. A place that you can pretty much find anything you want in the Pharmacy or Cosmetic or Hygiene care etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. So thank you.

Superstore with almost everything. Though I wasn't giving the right information as to where an item is when I asked a member of staff. She was friendly and willing to help me but doesn't seem to know items available in store. I found the item on my own later on. Overall, it is still one of my favourites to shop.
