   Wouldn’t star it but i am appuled by a Morrisons female staff member (didn’t catch her name). Was in the self serve checkouts and an elderly lady asked if the women would check her receipt due to being unsure if she had scanned an item! The Morrisons worker checked the elderly woman receipt and said no she hadn’t scanned them! The Morrisons worker then went and put the item the elderly lady didn’t scan in her bag and told the elderly women it’s fine don’t worry merry Christmas! The problem I have with this is if anyone else forgot to scan something they would tell you to scan it etc! But no the women on self serve technically put the elderly women in a situation where she could have been stopped and ask for her receipt and then oh look 1 item isn’t scanned! Then nenor nenor the poor lady is being accused of theft! Not impressed at all absolutely disgusting wish I got the self check out ladies name as this would be going higher

   I would like to thank the person who kindly went through the recycling cage to try and find my engagement ring that came off my finger whilst throwing some bags in. Thankfully, it was found so again, huge thank you. Also the lady who works in customer service was also very helpful.

   Our local place to shop. Always cold and fruit and veg not the best, but there is a Lidl and Waitrose nearby for those. Otherwise a reasonable selection food and housewares.

   The assistant on the pizza station is always cheerful, patient and polite. Although he didn’t have supplies of what I needed (gluten free pizza bases), he was very apologetic and at pains to let me know when stock would arrive. To be fair everyone I’ve met at this branch has been excellent. Special mention also for the plant man; unlike other branches his plants are always well watered and attractively displayed.

   I suspect you all know what shopping at Morrisons is like, & we are well served locally with a choice of Waitrose, Coop, & Lidl plus a broad selection of quality local shops. The staff at this Morrisons store have been consistently friendly & helpful. However, like so many other supermarket stores, parking is a dodgy experience; in particular, the pedestrian crossing at the congested entrance/exit which is an accident waiting to happen - with a pedestrian xing at the entrance. 5 stars for service & produce, but 1 star for a poorly planned car park.    Reasonable range of goods, reasonable prices. Not as cheap as the discounters, but stock usually available. Butchers, Deli, and Bakery are always excellent.

   The greediest supermarket ever. Prices have gone up every time i go in, while other supermarket stay roughly the same. Coffee doubled in price Oats doubled in price Margarine doubled in price I can't be bothered to list it all. I won't be going back EVER. They don't want your cash they want everything via card Customer service is non existent. Shelfs often empty. FGS there were no carrots the other week, it was peak season. The person who does the ordering need firing.
