    I went into this store today and went to the till on the pharmacy side as there didn’t seem to be any other staff around. This was approximately 5pm and the lady behind the till was pulling the blinds down as they were shutting up, which is fair enough. She turned around to me and abruptly snapped β€˜WE’RE CLOSED!’ I stated that I know. (I wasn’t requiring anything at the pharmacy till.) and just asked her if she knew where something was that I was looking for. On answering me she snapped, β€˜I don’t know! Go and look in the first aid store’! I found her to be extremely rude and unpleasant and as if she appeared to have a given self entitlement to speak to me in this manner. I’m unsure if it was because she was a pharmacist so generally felt like she has the god given right to talk to me in this manner due to an ego complex. Either way I found this manner to be completely unacceptable and uncalled for regardless of what her profession is or how special or self important she may feel. If I had spoken to people in this same manner in my line of work, I would be called to question and spoken to about this immediately and it would not be tolerated. Further more, quite rightfully, I understand that there is a 0 abuse policy with Boots and other Pharmacies. Meaning that if a customer is abusive or unpleasant in any way towards a pharmacist they are perfectly within their rights not to serve them. This is a policy that I have full support for as those in work have every right not to tolerate any kind of abuse. I would like to believe that this same level of respect should be applied to customers who do not behave in this way. They should not have to be spoken to in such a rude manner just because they ask if they know where something is. At the end of the day, this woman was still working on paid time. I feel It goes without saying that if I had been unpleasant, demanding or abusive towards this woman then her receptiveness would have been completely justified. But I wasn’t rude or abusive in any way and didn’t even want anything from the till that she was shutting down. I’m afraid I don’t see someone at work feels they have a given right to be rude / unpleasant even if it is the end of the day.

    Pretty good as usual, once you find what you are looking for. Wide range of products as usual for Boots and this branch was no different to what you'd expect from a large chain chemists. Self-checkouts worked well. No problem there. Someone on hand if you had issues. A good 4-stars.

    I was shocked. I came in here for a simple over the counter creme for my wife but got quizzed as if I was asking heroin. Very intrusive bordering on rude.

    Booked with Boots for travel vaccinations, appointment cancelled twice by Boots due to staff sickness, turns out they only had one person qualified in the whole of Norfolk to give vaccinations. A company that size you would expect more trained staff. Contacted Travel Doc as I was travelling very soon , plenty of appointments available and to top it off Travel Doc were much cheaper. Thank you for saving my holiday.

    Bit of an awkward Boots, there's no one manning the two actual human tills so you only have self service, which constantly go wrong and are very finicky, so you always end up summoning someone over. Yes, self service is convenient for some but there are many circumstances where it's far easier to deal with a person, esp in a pharmacy! As someone else mentioned, the security gard near makeup will follow you around if the place is quiet which is really off-putting.

    The pharmacy is a shambles, prescriptions are always late or forgotten and they never pick up the phone when you try to get in contact. Horrendous service

    I have monthly prescriptions from Boots They get from doctor, make them up,then txt when ready to collect.For last 3 MTHS I have had no contact from them, and even when I went in because I had run out they were not ready.

    Friendly staff ,I use the very handy photo development pods on top floor for istant photos.They have a large range of baby products in-store too.
