   A catalogue of mistakes over the past few years has left me with no choice but to change pharmacies. Apparently it’s down to computer errors/their new system but their service has been terrible for a long time. Frequently prescriptions have not been dealt with despite the staff being cocky about their abilities and telling me that they will have medication in. I recognise that it is not all down to the staff and some are friendly enough but many are incompetent and unprofessional, complaining about customers in front of other customers, chatting to each other instead of doing their job when there is a store full of people. Many times I have needed medication urgently, have allowed time for them to get it ready and been told it will be ready by such date then went in to collect it to find their supplier didn’t have it but they didn’t order it from their other supplier AND they waited until I came in to the store to notify me! Many other people have had similar problems and find waiting times and the general running of the place terrible. There seems to be a lack of hierarchy in the store, and no one takes responsibility or is held accountable for messing up. It is the worst pharmacy I have been to and I will not be going back!
