The staff always treat me with the upmost respect and are super helpful whenever I describe symptoms and ask for help on what I need to treat them, they genuinely listen to what’s going on aswell as making the visit light and not demonising or scary. Perfect for patients with autism as they take the time to explain things.
Known most of the staff for a long time , they are always so nice and approachable and that’s a great thing
Pharmacist David (and his staff) were a fantastic support in getting me to quit smoking through the NRT program. Fantastic! I’d highly recommend both Bannerman’s and quitting smoking. You don’t need to do it alone
Bannermans chemist is up there as a definate 5 star with providing my medication. Always no issues, friendly staff and David the Pharmacist and his team are extremely helpful. Would not go anywhere else. Keep up the great service David & staff
Went in to ask some advice, as told to by NHS24, had been in before and the gentleman pharmacist was lovely however my second visit was a horrible experience, the blonde cashier was incredibly rude and I was honestly disgusted by her behaviour, so glad there are other pharmacies so close by where the staff don't behave like that.
Used this branch regularly until today. Upon entering the store my mother was screamed at to get out the store due to 2 customers already being in store (who she hadn’t seen) Some customer service training essential to train the abrupt staff. Plenty of other pharmacies in the area. Avoid.
Advertises open 24 hours. Went to get urgent medication only to find it closed at 8.30am Not to be trusted.
Says open 24 hours which it isn't so very misleading to say the least...
