“Great businesses are normally about great staff and this Chemist has this in abundance. The girls in Well’s are always cheerful and let’s be honest if your in a chemist your not feeling great so getting a really warm welcome from the team makes a difference. Always really helpful and happy to listen and give advice it’s a 5 Star shop. Unfortunately I am at the chemist on a regular basis but the upside is that it’s great to see the team and cheer yourself up listening to their banter. Wells are lucky to have them in my opinion, a very competent and professional chemist with the best team in the area.”

“My dog was seriously ill when he was admitted. My vet phoned ahead to let them know I was on my way and he was taken to intensive care as soon as I arrived. I had constant updates and was allowed to visit daily during his 4 night stay. I couldn’t make it to visit 1 night and they emailed me pictures of him for peace of mind. Everything was explained to me all the way through the process and upon discharge the aftercare instructions were very clear. The staff undoubtedly saved my wee man’s life and I am eternally grateful!”

Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. “This vet practice have a wonderful caring attitude. They will help any way they can. Their lift was out and I struggled with my dog and the stairs on the way up. On seeing my dirtressed dog, the girls behind the counter carried my dog back down for me. We're not talking about a small dog here Mr bojangles is a 21 kilo Staffordshire bull terrier with a back injury. They were so kind to him.”
