   The customer service is absolutely atrocious. The old gray haired woman behind the counter is very ignorant and not helpful at all especially to single mothers with a sick child. I would rather walk 15mins to another chemist, where I will be treated with dignity and respect.

   Needed urgent help on a Saturday morning. They couldn’t prescribe but were super friendly and caring — and even called other pharmacies to help me find the right place. After bad experiences elsewhere, this was a refreshing change. Highly recommend!

   They deliver my meds to my door as I'm unable to collect, excellent service and the driver is very friendly and always has a quick chat, I don't no what I'd do without this service because I used to have to rely on my neighbour to pick my meds up and tbh it was a bit of a palava so the delivery service at this pharmacy is perfect for me. 10/10

   During the ongoing pandemic, the services offered by this excellent local pharmacy has been beyond what is normally expected. The staff are exceptional and have, when I have been unable to go to the shop in person, been a lifeline. I don't often recommend stores but in this case I would say that anyone needing the services of a reliable, friendly and efficient pharmacy should consider using these people.
