   Absolutely disgrace. I brought my pug for nails clip and woman clipped 2 nails on my dog and asked me to pay 10 pounds,after I questioned her why she did not clip the rest she said they no needed to be clipped,I will never use the service again,complete rip off,just left Absolutely angry and disgusted!!!It was today and woman on shift looked extremely unpleasant felt like she does not want to be there.

   Terrible delivery. Dpd didnt even try and took a picture on a random street and is now taking to a shop miles away when I have no car. Waste of time. The actual shop is okay but dont cater specialist food such a kidney disease food.

   We were in the research phase. Looking for a first pet for my little boy. We spoke to young assistant with short hair. They were excellent and spoke with my little boy. Good advice was given and helped us avoid getting into a scenario where we made some rookie errors

   Today I asked a worker that was walking around the store for an item behind the glass and was told to wait 5 minutes to they opened it, which was fine. Waited 10 minutes to be told the tills were busy she had to go help with the tills instead so would need to wait again. Three girls were on the tills so I then waited in que with my baby and toddler to be told by another girl need to wait they where serving (still 3 of them) which by this point I said I have already waited about 20 minutes now and they all just stared at each other. Standing again waiting another man went to till and asked for help with something and she left the tills and walked right over to assist him whilst we are still stood waiting at tills. I was that angry had to just leave the shop furious after waiting about all that time still without what I went in for.

   Disgrace of a vet company and store. Unknowledgeable and Untrained vet staff and rude receptionists. Do not bring your pets here!! These vets killed my perfectly healthy cat Mila who had just turned 6 years old, I had taken her to this vet every year for her booster and her health check ups where she’d leave in perfect condition but this last time (last month) the vet said she had some plaque on her back teeth and said she needs a dental scale and polish to avoid further damage. I asked if there’s anything else I can give her first rather than doing this procedure as she had never had anything like this done before as she was a perfectly healthy cat but the vet said no she needs this done first. I listened to the vet as you think they’re advising what’s best for your pet when now I know in reality they’re just money Hungry greedy scum. I took her in for her scale and polish appointment thinking she’ll be fine this is just a minor procedure, I then got a horrifying call a few hours later saying she had stopped breathing at the end of the treatment and there was nothing they could do to resuscitate her. We were all distraught never did we think something like this would happen to our girl, they said they don’t know how she passed and have no explanation????? Just that she may have reacted badly to the anaesthetic which I think is a complete lie god knows what they done to her and said she was one in one thousand this could happen to. Please protect your pets and don’t bring them here, since our experience I have heard other bad stories about this specific store I really wish I had done better research on this place before going ahead with anything all they care about is money and not the safety or health of your pets, we have now lost our little girl and are still grieving but hope we can help others avoid this ever going through this.

   Polite and friendly staff. Store is located at the retail unit, not in the forge itself. Has all your furry friends would want and more. Plenty of parking, next to Sports direct and Next retail.

   Great shop to buy anything for a lot of different types of pets. I have 2 Amazon parrots & 2 dogs & I buy everything for them from here. The only thing would be if they sold more toys for medium & large sized parrots but other than that they have everything & even have an instore vets.

   in August I bought a Russian hamster for my Son, the gentleman who advised me was an experienced seller and suggested a cage that would be suitable for him. After a few months we bought a second hamster with the same cage. I got information from various stores. We also bought a wheel in which the hamster runs around the house every day. today my son wanted another hamster with a new cage, of course, but a very unpleasant woman said that we can't because the cage is too small. I said that we have an adult hamster and these hamsters are small and such a cage is definitely enough. Another woman came who thought we had to buy a bigger cage after 5 months. what should I do with the cages I bought earlier, I could have bought a bigger cage right away. but it was a stupid text from that rude woman who told us to leave the store. my 12 year old son was surprised by the service and lies we heard. We were customers twice and everyone recommended this cage, we were now in a different store and everyone confirms that this cage is sufficient. besides, there are no other cages for this type of hamster. People like this should not work there, especially since the child is also a customer

   It has the necessary items for any pet but it's really expensive. They also never have any carefresh pet bedding in stock which is one of the reasons I need to go. Otherwise an easy, central location and they have a good choice of pets even though they're known for not providing the best pet advice and I've heard of people being sold sick pets.

   Josh at Groom Room in Pets at Home Parkhead was fabulous with my puppy Gracies first groom. Treated her like a VIP and was so enthusiastic. Couldn't have wished for any better 1st groom experience for Gracie. The other groomers were also lovely and made us feel very welcome .
