   I have booked in my pomeranian and explicitly requested for a full groom, the owner said she will charge £30 for this. I have arrived with my dog and all she did was wash, blow dry, clipped nails and NO trimming whatsoever. She was shouting to me on the phone and did not allow me to speak. I have wasted my time and money, I do not recommend these services. If you can't do a full service, you don't charge the full amount. Shame!
