   Staff were very nice especially Margaret. I had to feed my child while I was waiting for my prescription and she offered me a room making me feel very relaxed. A few months later I came back to buy something and my baby was hungry (I breastfeed) and when I had asked if there was a room I can feed my baby, I was told they only have staff rooms, which is strange because they let me feed my child before. When I said you’s let me feed him here before the guy said no we only have staff rooms. The clinic shouldn’t have offered me the room before, very disappointing.

   I cannot thank Lorna enough for taking the time out her busy day to help me out in a difficult situation when unable to source the usual pain patches and arranging to get a new prescription from my GP for a different brand of patches and supplying me with them that same day as I had none left and a big thank you to all the staff doing the work they do in the background and front counter who are always friendly and helpful every time I am in the shop.

   Poor service Pharmacist on shift at last visit was very dismissive of my husbands request for advice on the pharmacy first service.Didn't even bother to come to to counter to speak to him and told the shop assistsnt to tell him she was too busy he would need to go to his G.P. She neglected to give him a proper explanation as to why his request was not suitable for pharmacy first .When I telephoned the shop to ask why ,the pharmacist was down right rude shouting over the top of me and actualy lied and said my husband had just left of his accord .I am very disappointed in this poor service and as an NHS employee myself I am ashamed to learn of the tactless and rude service this individual Boots pharmacy thinks is acceptable !!

   Good location, when first arrived the shutters where down and a notice on the door saying that they where short staffed so had to shut for an hour. Once we had waited and they reopened we got severed very fast and efficiently. The staff where nice and friendly and got our order from the back very fast. Although we had to wait a while the experience was great and would highly rate the staff for being friendly and helpful.

   Managed medication stopped due to not collecting it after two weeks ... despite policy of prescription being valid for 6 months ... on challenging the staff member I felt the situation was not resolved and felt I was in the wrong . No telephone to GP no text or direct call was considered... a lot of hassle for me ... make sure you let people know if there is a issue your not going to get any sympathetic staff on this counter ... Gatekeeper in the shop is a jobs worth

   Prescription collection - great staff doing a good job in a difficult time. Patient with difficult customers and pleasant to all customers. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but now increased to 5 allowed in store from 3. Pharmacists are very helpful with advice when asked.
