   I sent my husband to get me some products for my extremely irritated skin after having a facial. He was served by the sweetest and most helpful individual I've ever came across- Amara. She spoke to me and advised what products would be good for my skin in order for it to heal. I dont know who her boss is but she needs a payrise, such a thoughtful and caring advisor. In awe of her, thank you so much Amara the world needs more people like you! She even wrote a get well soon on the boots bag. Thank you so much.

   I am So happy with the amount of care and support they provide, always support there customers(patients) and where GP’s have not given any support I am best going to these people than GP they deserve the best honestly these people are first class not just there support they always have a smile on there face and no matter what there going through ask how your day was they really are amazing I stick to these people ever since WELL DONE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sh the main man well done for you and staff (sorry if your names spelt wrong) but your all first class.

   Nibah the trainee pharmacist assisted me in a helpful, warm, friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable manner on my visit. I asked her about thrush treatment and she was very patient in walking through my symptoms with me and helping me to decide whether or not to stop treatment. I was also particularly impressed today with her knowledge of anti allergy treatments and medications. Once I collected my antihistamine prescription, I was concerned about what the implications of taking this new medication would be. Nibah talked me through the potential side effects, even going above and beyond to check information from behind the counter so she could verify the relative drowsiness levels compared to other on the shelf remedies. She also went the extra mile this morning by suggesting alternatives to medication I could try, like a specific nose spray and eye drops she pointed out to me on the shelf. When I expressed discomfort with the process of putting in eye drops she was ready with an alternative and listened to my preferences kindly and without judgement. I felt incredibly listened to, helped and acknowledged by Nibah today and want to thank her for really going above and beyond. I warmly wish her all the best for her future training.

   Sells make up, perfume, footcare, pharmacy and many other things. All well set out. Not many staff around to ask questions if needed. There are self-service machines to pay. Could do with more staff.
