   I have been a few times and have recenty changed over to collect my own perscriptions here. Only ever seen the staff being very friendly even when very busy. Just my experiences. Even given a child's badge for being brave with my man flu (I'm 50!!!! Gotta appreciate the cheeky humour there)

2. Let's be Realistic ★☆☆☆☆

   Was in today and wont be back as the attitude of one of the female staff was the worst I've ever experienced. She was also rude to and elderly gentleman before she served me. Looks to me like she is in the wrong job. Wish I knew her name as it would be mud by the time I'm finished. She was the oldest looking lady there and small with blonde hair. Quite a heavy built little lady. Absolute cheeky horrible little excuse of a human being. Should not be dealing with sick vulnerable members of the public.

   People working there are not helpful at all, not nice at all as well. Went for shampoo for lice for my daughter, said that she has them from 3 weeks, we had shampoo from last year so i used that once and then week after but she's still scratching week later and complaining. Refused giving me new bottle explaining that it's probably reaction for shampoo. Back week after and finally got my bottle with not happy faces in shop! And at home ive seen that they gave me very small bottle for hair up to her bum plus she has got a loooot of them! Absolutely joke, never again!

   I went into today for my prescription, i dont normally come into this shop however i was unable to collect my medication on friday as i was unable to leave work. I went in today and exaplined my situation and the customer service i received was shocking no empathy or understanding .I will never go into this store again and i will be also advising other people of the same .
