   Aftersales care deplorable ever since I reported conduct of engineer last year not only passive agessive and toxic in nature telling outright lies and damage to the new cooking hob i have been constantly blackballed failure to comply with Aftersales warranty contacted them last week about renewal of oven part completely ignored this isn't acceptable ethics

   Quality kitchens, and you get what you pay for. Trade only as far as I know. Great selection to choose from and a food set up to help you choose colours and styles. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

   Friendly, practical staff who know their trade. There won't be samples available of everything in their catalogue in their small showroom but they'll do their best to help, even checking warehouse when appropriate. Been in a couple of times and good experiences with Margaret and Liam. During CV19 they have appropriate systems in place and offered a video consultation (although that didn't work for me). As a consumer, it's always a bit awkward that they won't give me print outs of plans, itemised agreed lists or prices (need to go though a tradesman) which is their business model and is my only negative.
