   Ordered some fencing and sleepers from JW Grants a few months ago for my front garden and kids sandpit. Delivery process was swift and ordering process was simple enough. Price was one of the cheapest around when ordering. Quality of wood received was decent. Normally expect a bundle of boards wasted at end with knots in stupid places but only 1 from a set of 260. Never had a problem so only ever dealt with a delivery driver Alan(I think that was his name) who was very helpful and followed delivery instructions and directions to my property clearly. Enjoyable hassle free service.

   Ordered paving materials during lockdown. Website advised there would be a delay in delivery due to high demand - we ordered anyway as we were in no hurry. A week in, no emails or anything so called the customer service. Phone line rang and rang then cut off.. Read some bad reviews about not being able to get through to the helpline etc and started to worry. However I managed to get through by selecting another option on the phone line and spoke to Jim who advised they couldn't find my order. Told me he would investigate this and during this he kept me updated with the progress. Finally spoke to Mandy who took my order again and got it delivered within 4 days. Customer service was faultless and cannot thank Jim and Mandy enough. It's difficult during these unprecedented times, dealing with high demand and probably just a bit of bad luck with my lost order but these guys really do try and do their best to help you. Thanks again.

   I had a error in my order and everyone Janice ,Mandy and Fergus were excellent I was delighted with the service prompt especially at this time they are very busy but they were top notch. could not have asked for a better outcome. Fantastic folks worth a pay rise they way they are coping
