   Staff here is a joke. Service is a joke The smell of the shop is a joke after fry up breakfasts cooked.stinking customers out with it. Never using this shop again would rather order online from another supplier.

   This company don’t want your money , Poor service from staff , I call them 4 weeks ago to order some composite boards , They told me it would take 3-4 weeks which suited me and I said can I pay and the guy said no don’t need payment now ? He took my number ? I then called them and they haven’t a clue about the order , Maybe they a bit more training in customer service not sure but I fir one won’t be ordering with this company

   First time using Eurocell for window trim, Waited over a week with no update on order. Phoned 3 times a day for 3 days, No answer. Contacted Hillington Store and they told me that the Coatbridge sore don't answer there phones. Had to phone the head office about my order and they also told me Coatbridge are not answering phones. When I was out I received the delivery, The trim was left out side. Its not hard to give customer a call to keep them updated.
