Ordered some plywood late yesterday, material arrived today at lunchtime, superb service and unlike other builder's merchants delivery was free, 2 lovely guys turned up and dropped the sheets at the rear of my house. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from MKM in the future.
We had such a great experience with MKM Kilmarnock from the moment we entered the show room right up until after our install. Tegan was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and so helpful throughout the whole process, making us feel confident and at ease about our choices. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt pressured. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of our kitchen. We have already recommended a few friends to MKM Kilmarnock and would not hesitate to use them again in future. We’re around 1 year down the line from starting the process and install and can safely say we LOVE our new kitchen!
Ordered materials and delivered next day, quickest service I have had in this area and top quality dense concrete blocks Delivery driver was customer care focused on where the materials was to be placed whilst carrying out his RA overhead cables, boundary walls and surface makeup, credit to this company,will be my company of choice now

MKM Kilmarnock absolute nightmare. Purchased porcelain garden tiles and after 2 days there were brown stains all over the tiles. Contacted MKM and after lies about contacting the supplier from the staff member I spoke to a director? The director without speaking to the supplier told me" if your looking to have the replaced you have no chance" So there's customer service for you!!
Lindsay was very helpful. She knows her stuff. Now changing from tiles to wooden waterproof panels.
Plaster supposedly delivered ordered a week ago poor poor service still waiting had to pay plasterers for shift want reimbursement for your unprofessional services and your staff are as usless as a chocolate teapot
If receiving goods from here be prepared to pay builders to sit around as you have not got a clue when it is going to arrive . The goods were for mid morning at first phone call now who knows unfortunately company does not do E.T.A any savings made gone on builders grrrr.
