Absolutely ridiculous the time I have waited just for it not to show and get cancelled NEVER order on just eat !!!
Once my favourite shop at the moment it's just image of misery. Garden section full of dying plants, inside the shop shelves not restocked as they used to be are still are in any other shop. I don't think I'll go back the willingly. New ownership kills that company... They cannot even afford new lorries so what can we say about the shops inside...
I went to Asda Coatbridge today, wanted to buy a blender, it was £18, I had cash 2x£10 notes, I inserted them together, one came out and put it back again but the machine kept saying inserted cash, I called for assistance, the lady who came managed to retrieve one note and I told her I put 2 notes, she called her colleague and she checked and could not find the other note, they went and came back saying i only put one note, I told them to check from the moment I got to the cash point that they were going to see me taking out 2 notes from my wallet but they teamed against me saying I did not, I asked to see the manager, I was taken to her and she also said I didn't put the 2 notes,I asked her to check the footage from the beginning and she couldn't help, they all teamed against me saying I was lying. That was such a bad experience for me being accused of lying. I went out without the blender because that's the only money I had.
Had very bad experience with staff members. I'm uber eats delivery driver and I came in to collect an order, in the app it says I need to come to the customer support desk. I saw a lady behind the counter and asked about order collection as I wasn't sure where I should be waiting, it's different in every store. The lady replied "I'm not doing customer support" and dismissed me in a rude manner. I am autistic and I sometimes I need extra help with tasks like these so I went to a different member of staff at the self checkout area, I asked where I should wait and she replied "you have to stay there (she pointed where) so don't chase anyone and just stay there until your order is ready, someone will come to you". It sounded a bit rude because I didn't chase anyone and just needed extra help. I then went to the place she pointed at and waited there however no one came after 10 mins of waiting until another delivery driver walked in. He went to the customer service desk and looked at a bag which I thought was someone's shopping bag but it was a delivery order, I came to double check the number and it was my order. I was told to wait all this time when my order was ready, I believe this kind of attitude towards delivery drivers is unacceptable. I've got special needs and it even says in the app in my description that I have a disability however I do understand that staff members wouldn't read the description. Still, it made me sad because of dismissive attitude from staff members and their rude behaviour, I hope my review gets seen by the management team
I was in store yesterday. I use a walker and recently had an operation. I had about six items and headed to checkout as I began to feel "wobbly". My sister was coming to meet me, but I was panicking. I asked one of the girls for help at self check, Blonde with glasses, smiley. She was great, scanned and packed for me without any problem and guided me to the motorised scooters to sit, while I phoned sis. I never noted her name but was so grateful for her help. Thank you, hunnie, you saved me! Can I suggest you bring back benches that were such a godsend for us mobility challanged patrons? Very few shops have put them back, since lockdown and they are much missed!!! Please ❤️
It's Asda all you expect very well stocked
Feel asda has went downhill a lot recently and the coatbridge shop is regularly understocked. That said the staff are tremendous and always go above and beyond to help out.
Asdas when did you change your meats to 3 per customer I tired to purchase 4 steaks and got 1taken off me at checkout I have a family of 4 to feed am sure there's others out there with 4 plus family's so I was a dinner short for the family yous have to make it a lot clearer
this was absolutely horrid when i was there someone stole my edam cheese oil & all the babywipes so i could not wipe my face once i am done eating the edam cheese oil, 1 star!!!!!
Unbelievable, unable to access many areas of the store due to the volume of pallets of groceries abandoned without consideration. Then you have to risk your life getting back to your car as young idiots race their cars up and down the car park. The latter has been going on for as long as I can remember, and Asda have done nothing to put a stop to it. Will not be back.
