While staff are lovely and extremely helpful, opening hours are a joke! Three days a week for a town the size of Uddingston? Don’t understand the reasoning behind this.
Banking is getting beyond a joke now, I needed to pay in money, came on Saturday (when Im not working) to find it closed, returned on Wednesday to find it now only opens on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday......................
Visited a couple of times now. Staff member Eileen and Ryans customer service skills were absolutely excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
Just went in this morning to do some business and as usual the staff can't do enough to help u out infact the last 3 or 4 times I ve been in to get help the staff in the branch have been exemplary in helping me out so many thanks and keep the good work up

Cheeky, condescending staff members. No explanation why I and others had to wait outside, while others were being served??? Bank is a joke. Service is dreadful. Time to join another.
