Just booked a wee last minute trip with Lynsey and mags, they both done an amazing job and got me such a great deal, managed to get a much better deal than hays travel offered for the same holiday. Had a great experience and Lynsey made me feel so at ease with the whole process.
Popped in to our local Tui shop in East Kilbride to book our main family holiday for 2023. We were seen to very quickly, despite the shop being very busy. We were helped by David, who was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I still prefer the face to face interaction when booking a holiday, as opposed to booking online, and David didn't let us down. We are planning a spring break to Paris on our own, and David was very helpful in spending some time helping us to find something suitable, and nothing was too much work. We will be back to see David hopefully over the next few days to get our trip to Paris booked up also! Highly recommend this branch, they were all very pleasant.
Unfortunately we didn't have the beat experience with our holiday this and the team in this shop was amazing with us! So understanding and actually listened too our issue. Abbie and Lindsay were amazing and resolved our issue within days. If you need help with a problem or just want too book a holiday go and see this team you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience at TUI East Kilbride. From start to finish they took care of everything and went above and beyond for my large family. The Store Manager Lynsey is excellent, so knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Great Customer Service. Will use them time and time again!
I was advised by customer service to go into store to receive a refund to be applied back to my card for a recent holiday booking. The staff were happy to help me and ensure my refund was processed quickly. The ladies within the shop were friendly and spoke with me and asked about the recent Holiday. You can see the good chemistry the staff have as they bounce off one another making the conversations seem natural and not forced/scripted as i have felt in the past with other travel agents. I was advised I can come back to store and book my next holiday in store even if found online and they can always give me more information and try their best to find better or alternative deals.
