Fantastic experience at the Braehead store. A mind of useful information that is not generally available on-line. Staff were very helpful indeed and gave sound advice on both travel and destination. Face to face consultation at Tui will be my default position in future. Great service +++++
Amazing service I received from Barbara with what I felt was a complex ask to design a custom holiday instead of a bog standard package. Nothing was too much effort and I felt in great hands. And I saved money versus doing it on my own without a travel agent. Would highly Recommend Braehead Tui, they were happy to do hybrid communications with face to face, telephone and emails to suit the customer. Will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!!!
We just booked next holiday to Greece with lovely Broghan at Braehead store. She was extremely helpful with all aspects of our booking and made sure we were well informed of our pick of holiday. We have booked holidays before at Tui Braehead, and had received fantastic service, so when we decided to book a last minute get away we headed to Braehead, as we knew we would get the usual amazing service and advice we had always got before. Marjory was absolutely amazing in helping us to choose not only a destination, but an amazing hotel as well. She was so patient with us, as my wife love to check the reviews for the hotels we are looking at, and at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision until we were totally satisfied. Marjory is a credit to the branch, and as always, we will be selecting Tui and particularly Tui Braehead as our go to place to go to choose a holiday. Thanks again Tui Braehead, you made it so easy for us. Once again Tui Braehead and the delightful Sharon, helped us book our spring holiday 2026. She made it so easy and listened to where we wanted to go and guided us to the best holiday available. Sharon was so helpful and pleasant, and we had a good laugh whilst sorting out the next adventure, she even threw in a city trip for us to go on when we get there. Since entering Tui in Braehead, Scotland the staff have been absolutely amazing organising my trip to Australia. Everyone was so helpful with everything especially Amanda the Office Manager who went over and above the call of duty to help me get everything I needed sorted, cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend the service and friendliness of everyone, thank you all so much will certainly be recommending you to friends and family.
Just booked another holiday for May this year with Gemma Daly at the Tui Braehead shop. I can’t thank Gemma enough for all the holidays she booked for me last year, all are memorable for just being perfect. All issues I had before booking were addressed professionally and lived up to my expectations. Thank you Gemma for all your help.
Went into the store to ask a few questions as it’s my first holiday away as an adult and wanted to make sure I done everything correctly. Was served by Ann Marie I’m sure her name was and she was absolutely amazing. Solved a problem I had with the app and answered all our questions. A really lovely lady thank you so much ❤️
