Emily was great and very patient when helping me to plan out my new bathroom. When Benn came to do the survey, he was very helpful and adjusted a couple of things to fit. However, I could not praise David and his team highly enough when they came to do the fit. David kept in touch the whole time, keeping me up to date with every stage and timings. The team worked very hard and were very clean. I am delighted with my new bathroom. I highly recommend My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom.”

My optician was extremely thorough and treated me like a human being not a sales exhibit. The place is clean and bright. Could be doing with hand sanitizer placed at the entrance but that's just a self prederance”

“Had trouble with the couch I purchased fitting through my hallway, the delivery men were very helpful, took it away and then the manager sorted adapting the couch. Arms were removed and fitted back on once the couch was re delivered and in the correct place. The manager at the store wouldn't take any extra money and instead insisted I made a donation to Marie Curie, which I did. Even better thing was, this was all completed in a couple of days. Excellent service.”

My sister left feeling fantastic, chuffed to have found her prom dress, feeling great about her figure thanks to all the support and feeling very reassured about what was although exciting, still an overwhelming experience for her. Thank you so much for all of your help, support and guidance to find the perfect dress and helping my sister feel so much better along the way. We were lucky enough that her perfect dress was available in her size meaning we were able to take it the same day rather than ordering it in which was even better. Great to know as well that they won't sell the same dress to someone going to the same prom. Thanks again, highly recommend!”

“I was astonished by the GMRC. Glasgow stores more than it exhibits. An artist friend of mine was keen to view Ken Currie paintings not on display at the People's Palace. We viewed them on a general tour. However, if we had booked far enough in advance, we were told we could view almost anything we wished to. But, as we booked on the day, we saw several unexpected exhibits Not on exhibition. Eg a zoo's worth of stuffed animals, armour, William Burrell's home's wall fittings, and much more. All in 1 hour. The guides were fab. An additional Glasgow museum could easily be founded exhibiting the items in store. A fine, splendid afternoon.”

I created a personal account to qualify for a promotion on some of the materials, and had a completely unexpected phone call from one of the sales team who gave me some advice on how best to order and how to utilise the deliveries etc. I ordered on a Friday and the materials were delivered on the Tuesday (per my request- I'm sure it could have been earlier if i was available) Big bulk bags of aggregate nicely delivered onto my driveway. Bags also came in handy for the cleanup afterwards. Surprised at the number of materials and variety available, and the ease of ordering and pickup/ delivery. Will definitely use again.”
