   Always a great shop to browse for outdoor clothing etc it’s better to be a member and have a card. That way everything you buy is all in one place and if you have one of there permitted cards like YHA or Camping and Caravan etc you get 10 or 15% discount and they can add your card to your membership card. Great customer service with top outdoor brands.

   Exceptional customer service. Colin was so knowledgeable, patient and honest. He kindly gave me a few pairs to try on for my pronated feet, and explained to me why he thought there were good options. I am thrilled and will be more than happy to return to the store. Highly recommended!

The staff in Cotswold is always knowledgeable, and Hannah was especially helpful in guiding me through finding the perfect replacement. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Thanks to her, I left with my new favorite jacket. Great customer service and a wonderful selection of coats. Highly recommend!

   Very attentive staff. Maybe a little bit too attentive at times. But that's the fault of Cotswold outdoors management not the individual staff who are very polite. We need to keep using shops like this because they are on the brink of extinction. They don't help them sell sometimes by having racks upon racks of sale stuff that no one wants. But I always try and buy from the shop rather than online.
