   I have had 2 piercings from Charley in the last 4 months and have to say she's the best at what she does. I travel 50 miles and refuse to go anywhere else. Her workplace is immaculate and she offers the prettiest jewellery. If you have any questions before or after a piercing she will always reply to enquiries, her customer service is amazing going above and beyond for clients

   Charley is an exceptional piercer with fantastic customer service skills. Her salon is spotlessly clean and her approach is professional and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble , she makes you feel relaxed and talks through the process and advises on best fit, appropriate aftercare etc. I highly recommend this business , 5 stars from me !

She is great at explaining how to care for your piercings and what to expect, she has a great selection of jewellery and is a great price.    Charley is an amazing piercer. Who’s done the major of my ear piercings. One of them was a rook piercing which I was little nervous on but I was made to feel super relaxed and comfortable. The jewellery options though are amazing Charley will have something your looking for and if she doesn’t have she will get it. Highly recommend going to Pierced by Charley for all piercing needs.

   Charley is amazing at her job! She’s helped me on many occasions with piercing issues, she changed my helix piercing for me as the hoop was too small when it got pierced and gave me advice and offered to see me to sort a triple helix piercing (pierced by a different piercer). She was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. Throughout lockdown Charley was my go to for jewellery and now I have very pretty piercings and a nice stock of stunning ear jewellery! 10/10 service and very down to earth, would highly recommend to all family and friends and definitely worth the travel!
