   Rushed, no quality nail preparation. 2 clients beside me complaining that they were not being listened to, or being understood what they actually wanted. Poor girl got her own nail cut when she explicitly said, several times, not to cut her nails. One client came in to say she'd been given glow in the dark polish! Absolute chaos. Never again.

   I come here to the salon to get my nails done every 4-5 weeks, it’s a great place to come and if you show the people who work in the shop the style you want, they will happily match it. I have came to this shop for 3 years, Thuc and her team are amazing. Highly recommend. :-)

   I've always liked this place, they are really good and fast, and the only shop in town I've found that does powder. Results last for four weeks (own nail). But now i'm REALLY impressed. My ring finger nail chipped 10 days after getting them done (my fault! not the shop's) and I came in to get it fixed expecting to pay something. Not only did they fix it for free and diligently helped me find the matching color even though I had written it down wrong, but also reshaped all my nails! You have a loyal customer for as long as I'm in the area ❤️

   Had a bad experience here… first time at this salon and I paid £38 for acrylic nails when I could have gotten them cheaper and better quality elsewhere. I left the salon with acrylic all over my skin which is extremely dangerous. Some of my nails are squint as well as completely over filed underneath so the tips are not in line with my natural nail. The acrylic was also applied too close to my cuticle so less than a day later I can already see product lifting. The design is pretty enough and what I wanted but considering I paid £38, I expected better. These are for my sisters wedding and I’m not impressed.
