Worst manicure and pedicure of my life. I blame the owner for not properly training their staff and the disgusting conditions of the salon. First there was no heat on- completely freezing. There is just one man and me in the salon, I show him the photo of the nails I want and he says he can do them. I should have turned around but thought maybe I would be pleasantly surprised. I was not. They came out nothing like the photo and will have to get them redone tomorrow. Onto the pedicure he used gross buckets to fill the pedicure basin and dirty towels. The whole experience felt filthy and not worth the 70 pounds I paid for it. I will never return and wish the owner would do better, especially charging what they do for the experience you get. Train your staff and clean up the place. Feel filthy after leaving.

I got my nails done in Venus the staff were friendly and I've had them done dor 3 weeks and they still look fab. I will definitely be back and recommend them.
