   As soon as we walked in, Saja greeted us with eye contact and such a warm, welcoming approach. I came in hoping to have my ring resized, and although she explained they weren’t doing resizings until January, she immediately offered a solution without hesitation. She helped me fit a huggie that worked perfectly for my ring and was incredibly patient while I tried it on (and struggled a bit to take it off!). She was super kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the whole experience. To top it off, she even gave both me and my partner a chocolate as we were leaving, which was especially thoughtful since my partner had wandered off at one point. Such lovely service, we’ll definitely be back!

   We were welcomed by Saja and she was so helpful with my request regarding having my rings made larger. She was so kind when I struggled to remove them, gave excellent advice and cleaned my rings for me. I will be back in January to go ahead with having my rings altered. Thank you!

   From my recent experience I can highly recommend Macintyres of Edinburgh. I ordered a pricey watch (by my standards lol) on their website. I received an instant confirmation email and was able to track the progress via my account, which gave me some reassurance.The watch arrived next day (amazingly) by Royal Mail special delivery. So I found them to be very efficient with good communication. A good business.

   Been a customer for a long time. Recent purchase was for my niece’s 21st. Beautiful pearl earrings. At same time, my husband asked for help with an adopted wedding ring (my granny’s to replace his ring lost on the golf course). The lovely jeweller was able to stretch granny’s ring and it has a new lease of life. Thanks Macintyres. Always a great experience and love that you repair items as well as sell new items. Always with a smile and in a understanding way

The price was one of the most competitive I found online, the service was excellent, I received an email saying my watch had been dispatched, it arrived via Royal mail the next morning extremely well packaged.    Highly recommended Ordered a birthday present(earrings) on a Wednesday evening and paid for next day delivery which should have been Friday delivery Got a phone call on the Thursday really apologetic saying the item is actually out of stock and would I like a refund or to keep the order going I explained to a really helpful member of staff I'd like to still order them but needed the item by Saturday for a birthday present No problem was the reassuring response,they contacted the company where they get them from who guaranteed MacIntyre's would receive them by Friday and they would then send them royal mail special delivery so I would receive them Saturday Nervously Saturday arrived after being given the tracking details and sure enough 10am they were delivered The product itself,a pair of gold earrings were exactly what I hoped they would be and almost half the price of what looks like a similar product at a number of well known high street chain of jewellers which if the same thing would have happened with them I would have got a stock response via email "no more in stock ,you'll get a refund in 7-10 working days" It's really refreshing to know that this level of customer service still exists with some companies and it was a great experience dealing with them Thanks to everyone at MacIntyre's

   Shoddy service. We bought a watch, costing a little over £300. Once we had decided which onw we wanted, the salesperson started huckling us. She promised to remove a couple of links from the bracelet, but whipped out the credit card terminal first. I thought it was a bit odd to pay before she had sorted the watch to fit my wife, but I went ahead anyway. The salesperson took the watch away but came back with the news that they actually couldn't adjust the bracelet, after all. Surprise! Of course, by now we had already paid. She then proceeded to send us to Timpsons, round the corner, to get it adjusted. This cost us an extra £12. On the plus side, we do appear to have paid a good price.

   I am from Edinburgh originally although live in Leicester. I knew I wanted my engagement ring from MacIntyres because of the quality of jewellery they sell and also because of their fantastic service. They didn’t disappoint. I found exactly what I wanted and the advice given to me by Nicole was really useful. My ring was couriered to me and I received it today. It’s just beautiful and I am so happy with it. Cannot wait to visit to buy our wedding rings.

   I can’t recommend them enough, I had been trying to find the right bracelet for weeks and something which looked similar to a bracelet of my partners that he can no longer wear as it is too worn. After searching the internet for days I stumbled across Macintyres and found exactly what I was looking for. I messaged their Instagram page for some specifics on the Sunday evening and got a reply the same day. They confirmed specifics on Monday and I placed the order and it arrived the next day. I couldn’t fault the service at all it was brilliant! Fast delivery and lovely members of staff for helping me find what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend great business. Lovely packaging too!
