   I had a turntable which just stopped working. I e mailed Craig at the Edinburgh store. I was advised to bring my turntable in and a few days later I did. I turned up and the 3 staff were on phones speaking to customers. It just so happens that Craig was the person I spoke to. He looked at the turntable and it looked like the motor had gone. Which would cost the same as a be t/t. I got lots of advice from Craig and I plumped for the Denon 300f. Craig set it up for me as I am useless at balancing the arm and stylus pressure. It was then boxed up again and I took it home. The knowledge this guy has is phenomenal and customer service first class. Although I live in Errol in Perthshire, I always return to this store and that’s the reason why. Would highly recommend this store for all your sound and vision needs. Thanks for another great experience

   A 5 star company let down by their choice of delivery partner. I can’t fault the service of the Richer-Sound staff, but I have to reduce my rating due to the issues I’ve had with my delivery. I’ve gone from potentially getting a tv delivered less than 24 hours after ordering it, to now waiting 4 days. Hopefully Richer Sounds do a review of who their distribution partner is and replace them with a company of equal customer service.

   Exceptional service and amazing prices! I visited Richer Sounds Edinburgh after finding the LG C1 65 on their website at a great price, with a 6 year guarantee. Craig kindly took me through a couple of questions and processed the order with a discount for joining the VIP mailing list at no cost. When my TV was delivered I had huge issues attaching the stand; something I now know to be a common problem with this model. After 2 hours my brother and I had no success! The next day I called the Edinburgh store and spoke to Tomasz, convinced I had a genuinely faulty stand. Within two hours he had spoken to colleagues to gather all necessary info and met up with my parents at home, during what was undoubtedly a busy Saturday afternoon, while I was stuck at work. All at no further expense. It was a massive effort and difficult job to get the stand onto my TV, so I'm delighted with Tomasz especially, and Richer Sounds for their incredible customer service. (Fraser also answered a query I had when calling to thank Thomas the following morning). Thank you all very much again to the team! I strongly recommend you visit them for any home entertainment needs.

He helps me with every possible detail about tv as well as with massive choice of possibilities with my stereo amp and speakers. Very kind and proffessional in every aspect .    Bought a 50 inch TV 2019. Screen packed in 2022. They picked up TV for repair but had to go into shop to collect a loaned TV while the repair was being done which was great. But while I was in the shop waiting for the loaned TV the guy behind the counter was going on and on about how they didn't have to give us a loaned TV and thought that it was the end of the world . Shop k8ng customer service and won't be returning
