I can't recommend Jonathan and Pegasus highly enough. We had to urgently explore getting a conference online due to the red weather warning, and Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure that it could be possible, including appearing in person half an hour after the initial urgent early-morning query to fully explore what was needed. Showed up after a recommendation to visit Pegasus. Found the door open and two people inside. I went to park the car and by the time I got back they had placed a "do not enter without appointment" barrier across the door. Not very friendly and way to miss out on a sale,they have no idea how much my spend was going to be and it seems the barrier only went up after they spotted me checking they were open. My spend went elsewhere, so much for trying to support local business.
Called up looking to BUY a piece of equipment to convert stereo signal into balanced input. My knowledge isn't great so didn't know exact name of piece of equipment. Person I spoke to was abrupt, rude and condescending. Told bluntly that why would he help me when I hadn't bought original equipment from him.
Excellent service, great quality, reasonable prices and THE shop to hire from! We needed speakers for a graduation ball. They were quick to respond with excellent recommendations of their products to suit our needs. They use an easy booking system to book your collection and return appointments. I was running late on the day and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Speakers were perfect for our venue and return was easy! There's a single yellow line outside their shop so you can park right outside it. Will definitely be hiring from them again for future events. Thank you!
