   We are absolutely thrilled with our recent purchase from BoConcept! We bought a sofa and an armchair, plus some beautiful cushions, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience and the quality of the items. We initially visited the store because we wanted to see the fabrics in person, and we were immediately captivated by the gorgeous tones and colour palettes available. The design and quality of the pieces are truly exceptional. Our design assistant, Nadia, was an absolute dream to work with. She was lovely, professional, and helped guide us through the selection process, making the entire purchase smooth and enjoyable. The delivery was excellent and completely hassle-free. Everything arrived on time, and the team was efficient. Nadia made sure to check in on our experience after the delivery. We are now thoroughly enjoying our new living room thanks to our stylish, comfortable new furniture.

   I recently visited the BoConcept store in Edinburgh as I liked their products online. From the minute I stepped into the store I was met by Marie who was exceptional in the advice she gave me and very friendly. I left with fabric samples. The purchase was very easy when I returned and I was given a delivery date which was only weeks away. The delivery was first class. It was on time and there was a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived. The installers were efficient and friendly. They cleared away all the packaging. They were finished after about ten minutes, leaving us to admire the design and comfort of our new sofa and chair. I would recommend BoConcept to everyone. The quality and design is exceptional.

   Had a great experience with BoConcept Edinburgh recently! I’ve been struggling with the layout of a small living area and didn’t quite know which way to go. I initially popped in to check out sofas in the sale and had a great chat in store with Ellen. She offered to mock up a few layouts to help me visualise the options and we spoke about budget and general colours/styles. I sent in a few pictures and the key dimensions and then had a short consultation with her in store which was really helpful as she’d pre-selected some great options which were laid out ready to discuss. She’d clearly listened and picked items, colours & fabrics to suit my tastes and budget (using them cleverly) and even hunted down an ex-display chair for me to keep in budget! Felt listened to, really well looked after, supported not pressured and have a much better result than I’d have achieved on my own and feel like I’ve got great value. Add in an interest free credit option and it’s a great service for some very smart stuff. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Ellen, you were super!

   Superb customer service. Flo was our fabulous designer. She made the whole experience fun, and we felt like we were working with a close friend. The furniture is very well-made and beautiful! We appreciated that the experience was so smooth and well-catered to the customer. The installment team, Robert and William, were so kind and helpful.    We found that from the first consultation and home visit we received an excellent service from Stephanie and Laura who helped us with the correct choices of furniture. It was good to get a confirmed delivery/installation date on the day we confirmed the order. The installation team were very professional and carried out a first class job on building and fixing the units to the walls. We will use Boconcept again and would recommend them to others.

   Just bought 2 new navy sofas from Bo Concept . Wanted something a bit more contemporary and bo concept had exactly that. Quality superb. Price slightly more expensive than your average but well worth it.The whole experience with them.was exceptional. Amy was our interior designer and was extremely helpful while we planned our new lounge . In the current climate I was extremely impressed that the delivery date given fully materialised. Delivery guys excellent, phoned an hour ahead of arriving. Would highly recommend Amy and bo concept .
