   Shona was so lovely and helped me find exactly what I wanted for my wedding ring. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable on what would work for my engagement ring whilst keeping in mind my wants and needs. Would recommend Shona's services to a friend and family and Austen and Blake have a wonderful selection of jewellery that isn't just run of the mill.

   Came into buy an engagement ring. Jaideep was amazing, 10/10. He immediately put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took me through the entire process and explained every aspect of the ring. Out of all the ring shops I visited, this was by far the best. I took the ring in a month later to get it resized and Jaideep was again very helpful - ring is now resized and perfect. We will likely buy our wedding rings from Austen and Blake as well due to the service from Jaideep

   I was greeted by Laura who was warm and welcoming. We discussed some Jewellery options for my daughter. Laura explained the services offered. I was impressed by her personable manner and knowledge of products and processes. She has completely changed our opinions on lab diamond products. Unfortunately we were unable to order due to needing the Jewellery for that afternoon…Within the hour. Laura offered the option of using samples, until the order would arrive, but my daughter refused. We hope to be in again, but as we live in Wick, it won’t be for a while.

   We collected my engagement ring from Stephen in the Edinburgh store and he made it so special for us, despite us arriving just before closing time! Nothing was rushed and he sat with us while we admired our ring and asked yet more questions! Wonderful way to round off the amazing experience we had with Austen and Blake and cannot recommend this jewellers enough!
