   I highly recommend this Gem of a shop. I recently took a small cherished item to Rings and Things in the hopes of having it engraved in time for Christmas. The owners care and professionalism shown towards me was a masterclass in customer service and generations of skill, even calling me to suggest additional engraving to visually balance out my initial idea and at no extra cost. Within day and in time for Christmas, Rings and Things exceeded all my expectations, giving me exactly what I needed and so much more. I can't thank them enough, but I can share my profound appreciation and absolute joy for what they made possible for me to pass on in words to my Daughter. Thank you x J x

   My 86 yr old mum bought a gold chain from this lovely shop. When she got home she couldn’t find it. She called the shop, they looked at their CCTV and were able to tell her she had put it in her purse. How nice is that? Many people would have just not bothered. I’ve not been in the shop myself but will definitely make a point of doing that. Great service, even better people. ❤️

   This shop with its lovely shop is a godsend for Bathgate.They have made me a gold ring from my old jewellery.Repaired a white gold diamond ring and now repairing an expensive watch for me.Their range of silver rings are far superior to the likes of Pandora or Swarovski and at a fraction of the cost.Batteries fitted and watch straps changed.Nothing seems too much trouble for them.Well done folks.

   Great wee jewellers,had 2 chains fixed,great job,but never realised they never gave me the 2 ends or the 2 clappes back,never realised till i got home,going to phone tomorrow and see where they are,but apart from that wouldn't use any other jewels....they have been in touch pick up the bits when I get back a ring there fixing for me,really help full and good at what they do,thanks
