   Popped into the Gyle Shopping Centre not necessarily for a holiday but noticed a Marella cruise deal in the TUi doorway so went in to enquire, I was introduced to Mandy and we got down to work on that. Mandy was very helpful and also very experienced and knowledgeable about the details of the holiday and tweaked our accommodation to suit our needs so very satisfied and grateful for her patience while making the booking. All credit to her and a valuable member of the TUI staff.

   My husband & I came in today to book a family holiday. We were greeted by Claire at the desk who was very welcoming & lovely to have a chat with before we headed over to the desk for our appointment. We had our appointment with Emma who was very knowledgeable about all the places we were considering. She was so patient with us & found us a family holiday that had everything we were looking for. She took her time talking us through everything we needed to know including the assistance we need at the airport. It was a very easy & straightforward process to book with Emma & she definitely took the stress out of having to do it all at home. Thank you very much again, we’re all looking forward to our first family holiday.

   We just booked a holiday with the help of Claire from TUI at the Gyle. I haven’t used a travel agent for years, just booking myself online, but I am so so glad I did this time. We’ve booked somewhere completely new & different from our normal holidays, and Claire was so helpful and was able to give first hand advice and feedback. She was attentive to the wee things that we really wanted and found us a beautiful holiday at a great price. Can’t wait to go, and will definitely be back for her help again for our next holiday.

   Great place to book a holiday. Susan took us through several options for our trip to Spain before we settled on the one for us. She even called the hotel to make sure it was ok for mobility scooter for me and also booked assistance to help me get to the plane both ways. Many thanks & looking forward to a great time.
