Unpaid carer with additional needs here, went to buy a mattress for person I care for. Was struggling to get it in the car. I was told by staff that I should have planned better. Staff have empathy issues.
One of the reviews on here is incorrect so I would like to add.. yes its very busy on Saturdays its an enjoyable afternoon out with massive car parking...I nearly didn't visit IKEA because one of the reviews I read stated more parking needs to be available which is nonsense.. judge for yourself... Loads of parking available on a very busy day..
Really slick operation, easy parking, my order was on the screen when I arrived and 5 mins later was brought to me on a trolley. Great service!

Very busy, but handled well, just follow the yellow brick road round the shop.
Budget breakfast £3.5 with unlimited drink (for ikea free registered family member) . Food quality is good when compared with Morrison Cafe and Weatherspoon pub

Just a quick pick up .. unfortunately at the moment no one is allowed to help you with big units to your car..
Handy to pick up those big items not held in the main store. Service is very fast, staff are very efficient, so although not many spaces to park, turnaround is so quick, there's always one or two available.
