Easily the messiest most chaotic shop I’ve ever been in. Stuff is everywhere, staff don’t pay attention whatsoever.
Horrible conceding staff they have no manners or customer service if you work here it serves you right zero sympathy.
In store team lovely, I ordered due to circumstances a delivery- which will not be repeated- 1:A charge of 10% over your order value.. but takes 3-10 days to return that? 2: Order delivered- super- but not my goods in bag 3:Customer Service - slow and asked for pictures of items delivered. Would be more efficient to allow that on your online initial form. 4: the link in email you have to use doesn’t work 5: Back to phone system- new link sent and completed with instructions on how to circumvent your system to get photos in?? 6: Now I am rewarded by email stating I will not have a resolution for 10 days?? Due to high demand.. perhaps that’s because your response to a simple error is incredibly convoluted. This is not good enough. I am left without the items- return of funds for YOUR error for 10days?
I understand that they have a lot of shoplifting going on. Just why u treat other shoppers like we are not important? They see u standing and waiting to pay, they just ignore u. Last night I went to get my PERONI beer they had last one with damaged package and salataped which was on the shelf for few days. I asked if they have another one? they refused to check and wanted me to pay full price.

Ordered groceries on uber eats and half was missing. I'm only near by but was unpacking since I'd just moved in, but thought I'd run down and see if some bags had just been left by accident. Explained it to a guy called Leo and he was more than helpful, went around collecting everything that was missing, very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. Faulty receipt printer or something, but genuinely more than helpful.
Handy shop not to far away. Staff most are friendly but I'm afraid not all of the staff. On a positive note. There a young man who works there. Blonde hair what a pleasant guy always happy. Always smiles and remembers who you are. So you get a wee chat with the lad. In my opinion he should be promoted.

Very goot store for shopping good location, they have inside the store, ATM cash machine, Costa automatic coffee machine and you can pick up your parcel in the strorw, the have in post amazon lockers insode the store all you need its just the code from email, nice and helfull staff, overall positive experience, really recomend this co-op.
