I am a regular customer, all colleagues of thisTesco are good except for Brooklyn (the young guy) and Emilia (the young English girl), they never show me right directions for anything.
The condition of the toilets in this particular store was absolutely unacceptable. The women's toilet was closed, and the men's toilet was so filthy and disgusting that my friend refused to use it. For a company as large and profitable as Tesco, it is shocking and frankly disgraceful to let customer facilities fall into such a state. This is basic hygiene and basic respect for customers. Tesco correct. It is very basic for a Tesco. A bit expensive but still within the Edinburgh standards. This is a supermarket to me, not a superstore. Range is wide and lots of choice. Personnel helpful and attentive. If you are in the area, the place is fine. It looks like a basic store, but it has all you may need. The entrance is simple, typically a neighborhood supermarket.
Good shop and lovely staff. I too would appreciate more organic options though. Also, why do you make so much cheesy bread? More than once I've been in to get bread from the bakery and there is no plain bread left, but many a loaf of cheesy bread!
Another great Tesco supermarket. Huge shop with all kinds of products available. Also if you have Tesco clubcard, you will get more discounts on the items.
Everything you need under 1 roof although they don't stock their own scented candles..which is disappointing as their own range are good..
Piped music is annoying to staff too, did you know that? Put back the alcohol gel at the entrances please, covid and other infections are far from having gone away. Apart from that, good shop!
I don't like the escalators. The men who stand in front of the store and act tough really? Bathrooms parking handicap entrance. Clothing is awesome on 2nd floor. Pharmacy uh. No. We ordered groceries and forgot bags. We had to carry 245 lb. Of food in our house agh. The people are wonderful. There is an elevator by a cafe. The produce is bad. Get more American food I'm sick of eating spam.
