Sainsbury’s Local Dropped by for a quick grab. The place was neat and easy to walk around. Managed to get what I needed without wasting time.
Incredibly rude staff that will often not acknowledge customers from the start to the end of the transaction. The shop itself isn’t bad, but the attitude of the staff stops me from wanting to go.
Walked into the shop and walked straight to the freezer section, before me and my girlfriend have time to even browse the shelves we are told to leave by the manager alongside the security guard. We ask why and in response we are met with "we don't want to have that discussion" and "you are banned if you return we will call the police", despite me and my girlfriend being incredibly confused we do as they say despite having done nothing wrong. The manager was was not only rude but incredibly arrogant and I would be very surprised if this would happen if I went to the shops dressed in a shirt n tie instead of a tracksuit.
How dare you replace the big Ice tea bottles for iru bru!

Should have had a sign on the door as some issue with only cash was being accepted today. A fish counter would be a great option for this shop.
