   I've been using the store since it opened and have always been happy with service provided. In the last 6 months or so there has been a distinct decrease in the quality of the items stocked and also a big increase in running out of stock. The staff remain excellent but the shopping experience is severely diminished.

   I was looking for the medicine because I was ill and a member (she was an older woman who sounded English) of staff was walking by so I asked her but she literally ignored me and pushed past me. Ignoring is one thing but physically pushing me felt incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate and was quite upsetting. I asked another member of staff and he was friendly and helpful, however once I got to the medicine aisle the same woman physically pushed me again without saying anything. I am not the type of person who expects the world of customer service employees but it is unacceptable to push customers and ignore them especially multiple times within a few minutes. Super disappointing and I will be filing a complaint.

   Staff stock the shelves during quiet periods so nobody is on the tills at these times and if you have a problem with the self-service check out you are on your own and I just end up leaving. Not the staff's fault, that's just the reality of modern retail.

   All around great experience. In spite of a lack of basil, a very satisfactory visit. Very friendly staff, in particular Ben, who stepped up when I was struggling with carrying all my purchases and provided me with a basket while making a friendly and comedic comment once again making it a very enjoyable and memorable visit to my local Sainsbury’s.

   There is no fork or spoon for the mealdeal, should I eat it with my hands? I asked a staff member in your store twice! she ignored me and turned away, I followed her, thinking she was looking for a fork for me, but she went straight to the cashier ! ! Is this the attitude of service? I can also understand that you are very busy at noon, but please pay attention!

   Awful experience with the rudest shop assistant I have ever encountered. Needed an item approved at the self-service tills, and the older women who appeared to assist me snapped at me that she was helping someone else when I waved and said hello to her. I said I was only saying hello, to which she rudely and loudly said hello right in my face and then turned her back and ignored me whilst she forcefully punched in her codes to approve the item I was buying. Read similar reviews about this woman's behaviour and I won't be shopping there again.

   High-quality low-price items for a lovely Sunday breakfast. helpful staff. If you want to surprise your partner, family or friends with some delicious and very affordable baked goods, Costa coffee, flowers and (once they repair the machine) freshly squeezed orange juice, this is the place for you! This time we sampled the cheese twist (90p!), the leek-cheddar-onion swirl and pretzel, m they all met or exceeded expectations. Pain-au-raisins were also excellent in previous occasions.
