   A very rude encounter with 2 poor-trained staff. Older lady with red hair and an older gent, both stacking shelves today, 3rd Oct 25. Red har lady pushed past me, no 'excuse me/sorry'. Met her 3 times in aisles, each time really ignorant. Man was just in the way and wouldn't move to let me pass until I'd said 'excuse me' x3. "D'you want past?" says he. "Yes please" says I. 15 secs later he slowly moves, says nothing. Obviously the stocking takes precedent over customer care. It is their bad attitude that is shocking. Hope the manager sees this.

   It used to be decently reliable where I can find most of cooking ingredients we need, for the past week tho, which we visit at least once per day, we have been having difficulty in finding even the basic food ingredients to be in stock, quite annoying.

   Another rude encounter tonight by genZ staff (teenage female) who couldn’t get the till to register bananas. I made a joke about shouldn’t have bought them, then she told me if I didn’t like the service to go to Tesco instead. Do you train staff in customer service at all?

   Just been in (liz counter assistant) packing customers orders ignore counter customers standing waiting while she packing online orders asked for her to get someone on till got mouth of attitude I guess customers don’t come first in this store terrible service

   If you are going to close at 9.45pm regularly then change your openings times. No problem with earlier close time as could go elsewhere but walking 20mins in rain to find shop closed early isn’t great

   Exceptionally helpful staff yesterday when my 4 children needed a toilet and the public ones were closed! Might seem like a small gesture to some but it meant so much to us.
