This Pharmacy is the best. The staff are knowledgeable and consistently helpfully. The Pharmasist always does his utmost when asked for help and even manages to dispense Chemo drug which the hospital doubted that he could do. Full marks. Well done.
While the staff in the shop were very nice and helpful, I was completely shocked that the person giving me my flu vaccine did not wash their hands, put on gloves or even swab my arm with disinfectant before the needle went in. I might come back for medication but definitely not for a jab.
The pharmacy is very efficient, no probs and very friendly ,helpful and they let me know my repeat prescription is ready by text ,very good service
They are brilliant. I can't recommend them enough. I had a bit of an issue with a prescription today. I'd already been to other pharmacies in town, which were no help. I went in here, which is my local pharmacy, and they were great, very helpful, sorted the issue, and explained things very well. (I don't know why the other places didn't, it turned out to be very simply rectified). So, thank you so much. ☆☆☆☆☆
Without any doubt the best pharmacy that I have used ever. They are efficient and effective and offer the best possible service, with extended opening hours. I just wish the NHS could be as half as good!
Unorganised staff, no proper records, items were missing from my prescription, no one knows the reason or take any responsibilities. I am insulin diabetic, unfortunately due to my large monthly prescription, this month items was not available, they had to be ordered a week later, I gone there tonight to get the rest of my medications, after waiting for 30 minutes, still no actual resolution or proper response why my items were missing, and no record was kept in the main reception I was so disappointed, unhappy and decided to walk out, and find a better and different chemist elsewhere How can they get away with not keeping a proper record of medicines
I can't praise the staff here enough. They are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, it is now my go to pharmacy. They have helped me yet again this evening and saved the day. A huge thanks from me.

Absolutely amazing pharmacy, saved the day yet again, doctors had oversubscribed some UTI medication for our daughter, pharmacist had spotted it and raised with doctors. Que 5 hours of us ringing 111 ( 2 hour wait) as the GP decided to leave without amending. The guy stayed on after closing to sort the later revised prescription that arrived at closing time as we are due to travel to disneyland at 6.30am. Great service, by far the best pharmacy in the area. A massive thankyou.
