   It pains me to leave such negative feedback for a store i genuinely love. I have been unable to tag these guys for a long time now across social media channels (Important really when they do giveaways and ask to tag for extra entry, and when i feature their products in my content) Despite going back and forth they have never attempted to resolve the problem and now it just goes ignored. I am really quite disappointed in thier customer driven approach of late Yet i return back time and time again. I give up really

   Online purchase- I bought something but didn’t like it and it was poor quality so I’ve sent it back. They charge crazy money for delivery of a small parcel (under 1kg, I had to pay £6, no other option was available). This can be easily done for less than £3(inc tracking). You could offer a free return label at least in this case. I have had to cover return cost myself...Anyway I still haven’t received my refund which is apparently not a full amount of what I spent there+ 2x postage costs.. no item, no money back. POOR customer service. Avoid!!

   Not the best experience with these people. After sending them two emails and a Facebook message enquiring about availability of a product, I decided to ring them after having no response at all. My question about delivery was handled by someone who clearly didn’t know much about delivery. Trying to get the straight answer from her was like pulling teeth. Zero customer handling skills. Nevertheless, I ordered and was informed on my confirmation that it would be with me within three and seven working days. After a week when I rang for an update on my order, I was informed that it was actually out of stock and they couldn’t get a replacement. I had to accept this and tell them that I wanted my refund that day (as quickly as I have paid them for the product) in the end I had to wait three days. Overall very poor on communications and equally poor with speed of refunds.

Quality products, unusual pieces, excellent prices and customer service that is second to none.    What a beautiful shop !! I knew as soon as I looked in the window I would love everything in there. I took my parents who have been shielding and they had the best time and felt safe in the shop. Very reasonable prices and such a huge amount of stock with very friendly staff. Has definitely become our favourite place for homeward and gifts !!
