Customer service is crucial to me when purchasing pretty much anything. It’s the key aspect of a purchase and it’s that which makes you want to be a repeat customer or just a customer in the first place. So to Beaverbrooks at Whiteley, it has to be 11/10 for customer service. I was looking to buy a watch for a personal key anniversary. I needed it to mean something to me and to be a memorable and striking piece. The name wasn’t going to start with an R, but it still needed to be special. That’s where the team at Beaverbrooks came to the fore. I was welcomed and dealt with by Graci who was patience and professionalism personified. I had some idea of what I wanted and I was happy to be guided by someone with an excellent knowledge of their stock and the current market. I walked out of the shop, after an hour of trying on and many choices, with my ideal watch. I came back a week later to exchange it…. It turns out it wasn’t my perfect watch as when I wore it for more than the five minutes in the shop it slipped annoying around my wrist and felt very uncomfortable. A thirty day return period was immediately honoured and Graci once again helped me choose two new models and one pre owned watch to make a final selection from. They weren’t in stock and she promised to get them into the shop within the week. A week later after follow up emails and a call from Graci I’m once again back in the shop for a third time. You may have thought I was getting to be unwelcome. But no, greeted with a smile from the team and then presented with my select three and with Graci’s assistance I chose, of all things, the pre owned watch. I surprised myself to be honest, but I couldn’t be happier. The watch is the head turner I wanted and superbly crafted, I am beyond pleased with it. Sadly no photos on here of the watch as there is a degree of personal privacy I wish to retain. To amuse all you would be watch purchasers the 300m water resistant GMT model was tested in the very warm waters of The Solent last Friday to the princely depth of three metres… That’s all I need as I have an inability to equalise the air pressure in my ears which limits me to that depth. It will be the very epitome of a “desk diver”. So if you need a very good quality divers watch, or any watch to be honest, I can whole heartedly recommend Beaverbrooks at Whiteley for a great range of high end watches and exceptional customer service. Finally, it would be remiss of me if I didn’t add a vote of thanks to the other members of the team that I came in contact with Anna, Phillip, Russel and Maddie who also helped me and were kindness, understanding and professionalism in equal measure.
Came in with my fiancé to get my wedding ring and Chloe went over and beyond to help me find my perfect ring. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She made the experience enjoyable and we didn’t feel pressured into anything! Today I came back to pick up my dream wedding ring and dropped off my engagement ring for silver coating. Again Chloe was amazing her service. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Xx
I had a fantastic experience today with Chloe while I was looking for a new necklace for myself. She picked out 4 choices which were all to my taste and gave excellent advice on care and handling, in the end I picked two because I just couldn't decide! It was a lovely visit and I felt very catered to, I'll definitely be returning soon for more pieces.

Lovely staff. So helpful. I looked awful the day I went like a literal homeless person and smelled like it too. But they were so kind and didn't mind spending a few moments chatting and showing me jewellery. Great price for the plain silver chain I needed.
